10 Years Younger
I am obsessed with this show on TLC called 10 Years Younger. It is crazy what this crew does to a person. They do things like certain face treatments, laser eye surgery, and help with clothing and makeup. They put the man/women in a box and have them on display for the public. Than the public tells the host how old they think the man/ women is. The average guess is usually 10-15 years older than what they usually are. Then they go give them the make over, and put them back in the box. People guess their age all over again. Today some lady in the beginning had an average age of 52. She was actually 40!!! After the whole make over, people guessed her age to be 25!!!!!! yes,25. It is crazy what a good hair cut and a simple face treatment can do. I highly recommend watching it. It is usually on during the day, so if you can't watch it then tape it!

I did this thing on Oprah.com where you put in information about yourself and then it tells you your body's real age. I am 48 and my real age was 51. That's not great but it's better than I thought. Then it lists changes you can do to lower your age and you can check back in later with your changes to see if it lowers your age. It was kind of interesting.
